History and Science meet at an exhibition about mummies

Students in the three 6eme classes explored the temporary exhibition about Egyptian mummies at the Hong Kong Science Museum.

Students were able to find out how mummification practices involved various sciences and are still subject to much research today which could not succeed without new technology.

This trip called on many disciplines; students had to use English, History, Life Sciences, Physics, Mathematics and Arts.

All the students were delighted to be able to enjoy this exhibition from the British Museum; it was the first time seeing mummies for a good number of them.
