“I advise you to start working from the very beginning of the year and to trust yourself. Even though one subject might seem daunting, with enough work and perseverance, you can get a high score. I believe working consistently throughout the year helped me when preparing for the final exams since I already knew most of the concepts and methodology.”
Recently graduated from the IB, Xavier is about to study medicine in either Hong Kong or the United Kingdom and would like to give the following piece of advice to the next IB cohort:
“Do not relax at the start of the second year! Most of my struggles came from having to catch up on content from the beginning of the second year. The French Baccalauréat is examined at the end of Terminale for French stream students, with the written examinations associated with the Académie de Montpellier.
EXAMINATION FEE FOR 2023-2024:
- Preliminary exams: HK$2,860
- Final exams for the baccalauréat général: HK$6,730
- Final exams for the international section baccalauréat (OIB): HK$7,610
INTERNATIONAL GENERAL CERTIFICATE OF SECONDARY EDUCATION (IGCSE)
