Primary Sport at JL #ProudToBeFIS

Issue 43: 10/11/2023 , , Jardine's Lookout News (Reflections and Achievements)

It has been a busy few weeks at JL for our netballers and footballers.   Our Y5 & Y6 & CM1/CM2 netballers have played in two friendly tournaments at Wong Chuk Hang and it has been wonderful to see their knowledge, skills and understanding of the game grow, we look forward to more games next week, which lead us into the more competitive tournaments at the end of November.   Our Y4 & CE2 netballers played their first ever games this week and played with the true spirit of One FIS, an excellent start to their netball careers, well done to all.

Our Y5 & Y6 & CM1 & CM2 footballers travelled to the HKJC pitches at TKO early on Tuesday morning.  Both teams played well, displaying maturity, determination, skill and pride. We placed 4th and 7th out of fifteen teams  Our fourth placed team won five out of six games, scoring 12 and  conceding only one goal.

I look forward to the next couple of weeks and more sport, and a big thank you to the members of staff who coached.
