Inclusion Day

Inclusive schools are a win-win situation!

Over the last 2 days, La Vie Scolaire de TKO has organised workshops about inclusion at school. What is an invisible disability? It’s a disability that is difficult to detect and generally goes unnoticed if the person concerned doesn’t talk about it. Sensory, intellectual or learning disabilities… The TKO Students experimented with writing in Braille using a tablet with a punch.

They also discovered painting in the same way as visually impaired young people. Picasso, Van Gogh, Vermeer and Arcimboldo were all close at hand. Many thanks to teacher Alexandra Cabrit (MSE) who lent us her kits. The students have learnt to say their first name in sign language. (American sign Language)

Well done to all!
