Exposition « Terminale Spécialité Arts »

Issue 29: 19/5/2023 Blue Pool Road News (Reflections and Achievements) Terminale

From 29th May to 8th June, the exhibition «Terminale Spécialité Art», of the students of Terminale (French stream equivalent of Year 13) taking the arts elective, will be held on the fifth floor of the Blue Pool Road campus. The exhibition puts forward the students’ productions during the last three years as well as their various artistic qualities. Alongside the different works of the students on the fifth floor there will be a ‘movie corner’ where you can visualise the creative process and the animations of the exhibited projects; similarly, a work will be shown on the ground floor on the vertical wall. The opening of the exhibition will take place on May 29th from 6pm to 10pm (through invitations only).

This exhibition is also in collaboration with the organisation Make It Work Hong Kong, which helps the underprivileged in Hong Kong. Each student pledged to make a donation to the NGO in order to raise funds and enable the acquisition of a unique piece of work. From large formats covered with ballpoint pen, to digital drawings, to a board painting, the works are all original and distinct. Don’t hesitate to make a donation or buy one of the productions! If you would like to donate, you can scan the QR code available on the label of the work and use the PayMe application (the minimum price for any acquisition is fixed at 888 HKD).

Here is an overview of the projects that will be illustrated during the exhibition. (Article written by Inès Farcis)
