Science Project

Issue 18: 10/2/2023 From the Principal

The gentle return to normal life has allowed the resumption of exciting and pedagogically relevant projects.

As part of the school-college liaison, CM1 and CM2 teachers have had the opportunity to work with Julien Senant, a physics-chemistry teacher in secondary school, to set up science modules. This collaborative work allowing the exchange of expertise between primary and secondary teachers will be centered around an experimental approach.

The students will be able to reinforce the skills worked on in cycle 3 and project themselves towards the expectations specific to secondary school.

At the same time, volunteer middle school students have been trained to lead the “climate fresco” game and will thus lead workshops for CM2 students. This is a precious time for peer training. We have no doubt that beyond the learning experience of participating in this game, the CM2 will be inspired by the role modelling of their expert and volunteer elders.

Best regards
