Season 1 of the HKJBL Basketball league has just ended for our U12 boys and U14 mixed teams.

The U12s have had a very good season marked by 5 wins and only one defeat in round robin games.

After a smooth semi-final and a qualification obtained for the final, our team valiantly disputed the title, only to lose by 7 points during the final match for the title against the Kidult Sports Academy team.

Congratulations to this young team who will start season 2 on 4th February with a lot of determination to still proudly represent the colours of our school.

The mixed U14 team won the bronze medal in a match won against the ISF team 42-25. A great victory after a first season of learning for a majority of beginners in this team.

Thanks to coachs Aleks and Faris for their commitment during the season.

The U14s will have 2 teams in season 2, a girls’ team and a boys’ team.

Here again we have no doubt that they will proudly represent FIS!
