World AIDS Day

Despite the efforts of education and information for almost 40 years, AIDS is no exception to the stigma of our time: fake news and infox, with it incorrectly being thought of as a thing of the past.

Faced with the threat that this terrible scourge still represents today, it is essential that the younger generations be sufficiently informed, and therefore armed, to face it.

On Thursday, 1 December, as part of the Week of French High Schools of the World, 3e students from Blue Pool Road and Tseung Kwan O met on TKO campus to participate in a World AIDS Day event, organised by Ms. Dos Santos, Ms. Chartrain, Dr. Jaume and Mr. Rascalou.

This day was an opportunity for the students to better prepare themselves for the future challenges of their adult life, through activities (experiments, workshops) and conferences on AIDS, STDs and health in general.
