Forum of Local Associations: 2nd Edition

This week, the  Campus of Blue Pool Road welcomed the Forum of Local Associations-second Edition, organised by the Vie Scolaire, an event that gathered 145 participants. 

Our students from secondary from both French and International streams as well as their teachers met key actors of the Local Hong Kong NGO’s network, who shared their engagement, experience and passion in the cosy atmosphere of the library.

Each of those NGO’s have developed specific programs intended for students from 15 to 17 years old who can already personally enrol in the framework of their program.  

Students from the FIS have personally shared their personal experiences during the various sessions and demonstrated that it was possible, at 17 already, to act for a fairer world.

At the end of the meetings, students from 2C had also the chance to interview the speakers, as part of the Sustainable Film festival project.

Our students have already decided to take a step further and film NGO’s activities on the spot.
