How to Zentangle ?

Issue 08: 11/11/2022 Blue Pool Road News (Reflections and Achievements) Y10 , , , ,

After practising Blind and Continuous Line Contour by drawing their hands in various positions, Year 10 have to recognise and draw zentangles, adding them into their composition. A Zentangle is an abstract drawing created by using repetitive patterns. It is usually structured within a certain shape. Drawing a Zentangle is entertaining, relaxing, and a great way to express yourself creatively. Zentangles can be inspired by nature, wildlife, inanimate objects… the possibilities are endless.  Coloured thin markers were recommended to help them commit to their lines and designs. Time and effort without rushing were expected, and  lots of details too for the final composition. The results are awesome!
