As part of the Francophonie week, the students of 6ème, 5ème and Year 9 of BPR campus were invited to a reading of African tales led by Sogo SOGODOGO (Educational Assistant) who took the opportunity to introduce them to his country, the Ivory Coast!
After a presentation of the Francophonie and the Ivory Coast to the rhythm of traditional music, our students were able to follow the misadventure of King Margouillat, which is reminiscent of a certain “corbeau”…

The Library took this opportunity to honour French-speaking authors: Milan Kundera, Dai Sijie, Aimé Césaire, Samuel Beckett, Ahmadou Kourouma, Eugène Ionesco, Dany Laferrière, Shan Sa, Andreï Makine, Nancy Huston, Amin Maalouf ….

The students were also able to test their knowledge of the Francophonie and learn some expressions during school hours by playing the special Francophonie quiz organized by our favourite Quebecer Duc Vic-Lam (Educational Assistant).
