Renewal of the Eco-Schools label for the 9th consecutive year

The French International School has once again received the international Eco-Schools label for sustainable development education.

This label, created in France in 2005 by the organisation “Teragir”, recognises schools worldwide for their educational projects and sustainable development initiatives. It is based on a methodology and seven themes which students and teachers can work on together. This year, food and biodiversity were the focus. Following these themes among many others Green Mondays started up again in the canteen, our partnership with the NGO Masarang brought interesting discoveries, talks and screenings were organised, beach clean ups were held in Primary and Secondary, 5e and 4e had dedicated field trips …

The French International School is proud of its commitment and the work of its Primary and Secondary students as well as that of its teachers and volunteer parents.
