Connect, Create and Celebrate FISCA!
Dear FIS Community,
As we wrap up this incredible school year, we want to express our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who generously supported our FISCA events. Thanks to your unwavering support and boundless energy, our community has enjoyed countless memorable moments together.
To show our appreciation, we hosted a special Thank You Lunch last week. Seeing so many of you there was wonderful, and it was a small token of gratitude for all you do.
As the summer sun sets on another school year, we look ahead to the exciting events that will mark the coming year.
We will kick off the year with FISCA Meet and Greets. We look forward to welcoming new and old parent volunteers and lots of energy!
Following last year’s success, FISCA will host a heartfelt celebration with Staff Appreciation Day, honouring the teachers and individuals who tirelessly pour their passion into shaping the lives of our students.
Expect the Family Fun Fair and Sustainable Film Festival, where students can explore their creativity and talents and embrace sustainable practices. The popular FISCA Quiz Night will be back for parents who want to connect and show off their trivia talent.
These events are more than just dates on the calendar – they are opportunities to connect, belong and create lasting memories. We encourage all parents to share ideas and join us in making this another unforgettable year. Your involvement, whether by volunteering, sharing your talents or attending, will undoubtedly enrich our students’ and families’ experiences.

Exciting news: FIS Community Cook Book in the Works! This is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate our community’s vibrant culinary traditions. Recipe submissions will open in September, so start gathering your favourite recipes now!
Warm wishes to everyone for a sensational summer season! Whether you’re hitting the beach, firing up the grill, or just kicking back in the backyard, we hope you find time to bask in the joys of the season. Before we break for summer, please bookmark the year’s last event.
BOOK and UNIFORM FAIR
Date: Saturday, 22nd June 2024, 10:00 – 12:00
Venue: Blue Pool Road Campus, 7/F, Canteen
Buy or sell gently used textbooks and uniforms. Proceeds support Mayaa charity. More info and book lists on Engage. Bring small cash and your own bag.
