Discount CO2 Canister Refills at FIS!
Many of us like to welcome the new year with a sparkling drink and as we start the Year of the Rabbit, we’d like to offer you a more sustainable way to enjoy those fizzy beverages!
FIS is not only committed to Sustainable Development Actions on campus, but to providing opportunities for our families to support this important work at home. We are excited to announce the launch of the FIS CO2 Canister Refill Programme!
If you are a soda water/fizzy drink consumer, you can work toward United Nations Sustainable Development Goal #12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) by making the switch to a home soda maker machine instead of purchasing commercially bottled drinks. In addition to this waste-less approach, FIS is happy to provide a financial incentive by offering CO2 canister refills at a discounted price!
Information on how to participate is just below. You’ll save money, reduce your environmental footprint, and commit to better resource management. What’s not to like?!
To participate:
- Register and upload proof of payment: https://forms.gle/1kcMHvv61FsWnVXH8.
- Pricing: HK$100/ 360g CO2 refill (prorated for other canister capacities)
- Drop off: you can drop off your empty pin-head valve CO2 canisters (make sure you put your name on it!) at the collection box located at the reception office (G/F) on the TKO campus on or before Thursday, 9th February at 5:00 pm
- Collection: you can collect your refilled CO2 canister from the same box/location on Wednesday, 15th February from 7:45 am.

Here’s to a fizzy year full of sustainability activities! If you miss this one, don’t worry the canister refilling events are arranged periodically and will alternate between the BPR and TKO campuses.
