About the French International School

FIS was established in 1963 as one of the first international schools in Hong Kong. The school is now one of Hong Kong's largest international through schools and welcomes over 2,700 students from age 4 to 18 years old, representing 40 different nationalities, across four campuses.
  • One School, Two Streams

The French Stream follows the French National Curriculum to Brevet and French Baccalaureate. The International Stream follows the English Curriculum to IGCSE, then IB.
  • A Multi-lingual Education

Since its creation, language learning has been one of the priorities of FIS and our students are all bi-lingual or tri-lingual at the end of their studies.
  • Established in Hong Kong

A school community with engaged teachers, involved parents and students responsible for their own development in Asia's World City.
  • Sustainable Development

FIS incorporates many initiatives on various environmental themes into the classroom and beyond.
