ADMISSION OFFER ACCEPTANCE - STEP BY STEP
Congratulations ! Your child has received an admission offer.
To accept and complete your child's admission at FIS, please follow the steps below:
STEP 1 - RETURN BY EMAIL THE ACCEPTANCE FORM FILLED & THE PROOF OF PAYMENT OF THE TUITION FEE

To confirm your admission offer acceptance send an email to inscriptions@lfis.edu.hk (for French Stream) / to admissions@lfis.edu.hk (for International Stream)

Attach the acceptance form filled and signed

Attach the proof of payment of the tuition fee deposit.

Tuition fee deposit: HK$25,000
-
The tuition fee deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

The deposit will be credited against the tuition fees for the student's first term at FIS.

Please ensure your payment covers any bank charges or handling fees, if applicable.

STEP 2 - PURCHASE A CORPORATE OR A PRIVATE DEBENTURE BY FILLING THE CORRESPONDING FORM

If a company will pay a student’s tuition fees, that student must be covered by their corporate debenture.

The debenture must be held by a company registered at the Hong Kong Company Registry.

A mature corporate debenture (held by a company for at least one year) provides an admissions priority.

This debenture is fully redeemable* and transferable,** subject to its terms and conditions.

The current price is HK$250,000.***
*The debenture is refundable either when the student leaves FIS or when they are covered by another debenture.
**The corporate debenture can be allocated to another student for a non-refundable administrative fee of HK$5,000.
***The price of the debenture is subject to review at any time by the board. The applicable price will be that which is in effect on the day of payment. The issuance of debentures is subject to the prior approval of the board.
STEP 3 - FILL THE DIRECT DEBIT AUTHORISATION FORM

All tuition fees and other school fees payment must be made by direct debit

Every term a student begins must be paid in full.

The direct debit authorisation form must be sent to the school when the offer is accepted.
STEP 4 - SEND ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO FIS
TO THE ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT
