NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of the French International School “Victor Segalen” Association Limited (the “Association”) has been convened as a Separate Meeting pursuant to Article 27(1) of the Articles of Association by the Board of Directors of the Association for the following purpose(s):
(1) To elect Corporate Directors to the Board of Directors, effective from 1 December 2022 (3 vacancies)

IMPORTANT: pursuant to Article 27(1) of the Articles of Association, only Corporate Members will be able to attend and vote at this EGM. If you are not a Corporate Member, you are entitled to receive this Notice of EGM, but will not be able to attend.
If you are a Corporate Member, login details for connecting to the meeting and using the voting platform will be sent to you in a separate email a few days before the meeting date. You will receive the login details at the email address of your corporate representative registered with the Association. If you need to update this contact information or appoint a new corporate representative, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing debentures@g.lfis.edu.hk. Instructions received too close to the meeting date may not be accepted.
