ADN Exchange Programme – outing and discovery of HK
This foodie tour allowed them taste local delicacies and learn about the history, culture and stories of the Central & Sheung Wan areas. Students wandered from one tasting location to another, walking through Hong Kong's oldest remaining open markets.
The students from Rabat, Valencia, Madrid and Athens delighted their taste buds with some of Hong Kong’s traditional dishes: wonton noodles, grilled meats (cha siu, siu yue ju ..), fresh sugarcane juice, dim sum (ha gao, tas siu bao ...) ending with the famous custard egg tart (inspired by Portuguese and British tarts ...)
