Password Complexity Requirements

When considering a new password, you are advised to adopt the following complexity rules:

• Minimum password length is 8 characters.
• Does not contain user’s account name or part of the user’s full name.
• Contains characters from three of the following four categories:
  • English character(s) uppercase (A through Z)
  • English character(s) lowercase (a through z)
  • One or more numbers
  • Special characters (for example, !, $, #, %)
