Careers Forum | Get-To-Know FISCA breakfast
Dear FIS Community,
More than 30 Parents attended the Careers Forum at BPR last Saturday morning.
This was an incredible opportunity for our students to learn about different jobs and the many paths that led to them.
The Forum showcased careers in many fields, covering medical, education, arts, engineering, Artificial Intelligence and much more.
These Parents offered a sneak peek into what a career actually entails, a very informative session for our 15 and 16 year old students:
“I really enjoyed the wide range of questions, “ said one parent, “from inquiring whether my boss checks all my emails before I send them, to asking for HR contacts to apply for an internship”.
“It felt a bit intimidating to face so many teenagers” said another one, “I am more used to my younger kids or my CEO! But I was happy to contribute to their reflection on where they will want to study after FIS”.
They made our FIS community a richer students’ experience, nurturing their ambition and helping them open new doors in their future careers.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your very valuable insight and experience with them.

Last call for Get-To-Know FISCA breakfast on March 6th
One of our FISCA members is happy to host a breakfast at her home on Stubbs road on March 6th from 9am. It will be a chance to learn more about roles at FISCA and meet its newest members.
