Upcoming Events: Olympic Relay & Quiz Night
Dear FIS Community,
We are so excited to be back and to see everyone’s smiles again after the last few years of mask-wearing! We hope you had a fantastic break and had a chance to enjoy our beautiful Hong Kong scenery or even managed an inspiring trip abroad with your families.
Going straight back into school events, we are looking for volunteers to support the Terre de Jeux 2024 Relay, organised by the French embassies around the world. This relay is a run-up event to the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, during which TKO students will have the honour to virtually take over the torch from the South Korean Embassy and run with it for 6 kilometres before handing it over to Cambodia. The relay transmits a message of peace and friendship.
- Date: Tuesday, 14th March 2023
- Time: 8:00am – 11:00am
- Tasks: You can choose from a variety of support tasks, such as security cordoning, grouping of students, handing out refreshments at pit-stops, serving post-run snacks and, last but not least, joining the relay yourself.

MAYAA UNIFORM COLLECTION
Please hand in your used uniforms in good condition to the charity Mayaa for re-sale. All proceeds support the of education of children in Hong Kong and Nepal. View the below flyer for your closest drop-off point or hand them in at the school campus Vie Scolaire.
ABOUT FISCA
FISCA is the French International School Community Association. We collaborate with students, staff, teachers and parents to build community, nurture goodwill and cooperation, share ideas and resources that enrich the student experience, and support the overall mission of the French International School of Hong Kong.
We will need as many volunteers as possible to help brainstorm, organise and execute various projects, and we welcome anyone with little or a lot of time to give. Please share your interest and/or your line of expertise with us at fisca@g.lfis.edu.hk so we can find the perfect match for you. Every Monday, we host an online meeting at 1 pm where you can find out more or just tell us about yourselves.
