Shared Projected Culture Sharing for Chinese New Year

Year 2 and CP at TKO have been participating in our Chinese New Year shared project. We invited parents in to share about how they celebrate Chinese New Year and to share a craft, skill. song or story with us. We have been working on calligraphy, singing songs, reading stories and making some crafts. By working from different parents each week the children are learning about citizenship and international mindedness. We look forward to continuing to work on this project over the next two weeks and are especially excited for our lion dance visit next Friday!
