Quiz Night – Well done to Team ‘Don’t Frog it Up!’! & Other topics
The holiday spirit was in the air Saturday night in the Blue Pool Road campus canteen! Red tables, candles and little elves everywhere taking part in Quiz Night, the very first FISCA event.
11 tables battled in a game of wits for the first prize. Parents from the French and International streams, as well as FIS staff and leadership, competed against one another. Team ‘Don’t Frog It Up’ made it to the top of the podium, followed very closely by ‘The Fellowship of Quiz’. The battle was fierce, with lots of twists and turns. Creativity was also in the spotlight, with ‘Vas-Y-Tente-Ta-Chance’ winning The Most Creative Team Name prize!
Some had their illusions shattered as, according to the Quizmaster, FIS was not the first International School to be established in Hong Kong (although Monsieur Bonin remains unconvinced!). Others knew their Bardot classics with Et Dieu Créa La Femme and showed off their intricate knowledge of the MTR system. There were questions for all!!
A very big thank you to those who were able to join in the festivities: parents and leadership teams. A special note of appreciation to our caterer COMPASS for their impeccable cuisine as well as to the Marketing Communication team for their invaluable advice and generous prize gifts. You all played an important role in making this event a success! We couldn’t have done it without all of you.

This second-hand uniform sale will be accompanied by a flea market organised by an FIS student, with all the proceeds from the flea market going to Impact HK. Free entry, everyone welcome!

One of our very favourite things about the FIS community is how rich and diverse it is. The end of the calendar year is a time filled with celebrations.
