Parent-teacher Conference
Next Tuesday and Thursday, we have parent-teacher conferences (PTC) meetings for all primary classes, years one to year six, via google meet. The PTC is an opportunity for you as parents to discuss your child’s progress with your child’s teacher, areas of strength and development. Last half term, you received your child’s individual targets for reading, maths and IPC personal goals.
Training of eco-delegates (student council members)
On Monday, 14th November, the eco-delegates (student council) of CP, CE1, CE2 (French Stream) Y2 Y3 Y4 from the JL and TKO campuses met on the TKO site to introduce them to their missions as ambassadors of sustainable development. Tuesday, 15th November, the eco-delegates (student council) of CM1/CM2 (French Stream) and Y5, Y6 benefited from training adapted to their age. Our budding ecologists left this training full of ideas and desires for projects to share with their peers for the good of our planet!
Trips and Activities
Teachers and our PE team are planning trips, sports day (term two) and our annual Christmas concert for Nursery and Reception. Trips can proceed if 70% of the year group or class is double vaccinated.
We are holding a joint Christmas concert NS, RC with the French Stream PS, MS classes at CW and TKO Campuses this year. This year parents will be invited to this annual festive occasion on campus – not online! The dates are below, and the IEYC teams at both campuses will confirm the times.
