For children holding an Amber code on Monday, 7th November, 2022

Dear Parents,

As half term is fast approaching, please complete this form by Wednesday, 26th October only if your child will be holding an Amber Code when term restarts on Monday, 7th November, 2022.

This will allow us to ensure that our campuses are adequately prepared and separate lunch arrangements are correctly implemented, as per the EDB’s requirement.

For parents, a reminder that only students and staff with an Amber code are allowed on-campus. Parents and visitors are only permitted to enter campus once they produce a Blue code.
