Échange ADN-AEFE : alors que 4 de nos élèves sont déjà partis rejoindre leur binome aux quatre coins du monde, 3 autres de nos élèves ont quant à elles accueilli le leur ici à Hong Kong. En plus d'enrichir leur parcours éducatif et de découvrir un nouveau pays, les participants tissent de véritables liens avec leur binome comme en témoignent ces quelques photos souvenirs d'une expérience inoubliable ! Nos petits chanteurs de Y1 à Y6 ont fait salle comble dans nos deux auditoriums de Jardine's et de Tseung Kwan O tant les parents sont venus nombreux pour écouter leurs performances en français. Chapeau les artistes !
Our International Stream French concerts are finally back! It was absolutely fantastic to see both our Jardine's Lookout and Tseung Kwan O auditoriums full of parents who came to hear how great our students from Y1 to Y6 are at singing in French. Chapeau les artistes !
Une merveilleuse soirée pour le vernissage de la promotion IB Visual Arts 2023 ! Notre campus de Blue Pool Road s'est transformé en une véritable galerie d'art pour exposer les 121 chefs-d'œuvre produits par nos artistes de Y13 dans le cadre de leurs cours d'arts visuels IB. Cette exposition marque la fin de leurs innombrables heures de travail et sera exposée jusqu'à la fin de la semaine. Bravo à nos jeunes artistes prometteurs dont nous sommes tous extrêmement fiers, en particulier leur professeure d'art et mentor Mme Bezançon.
What a night we had yesterday for the opening of our IB Visual Arts Exhibition 2023! Our Blue Pool Road campus has been turned into a true art gallery, showcasing the stunning 121 masterpieces our Y13 artists designed as part of their IB Visual Arts class. This exhibition is the conclusion of the students’ countless hours of work and will be on display until the end of the week. Congratulations to our young but promising artists who made us all proud, especially their art teacher and mentor, Mrs Bezançon.

Nos élèves du secondaire se sont beaucoup amusés à participer à des ateliers, des expériences, des chants et même un relais-quiz des plus intenses ! Bravo à notre département de sciences du secondaire pour cette semaine réussie !

(2nde A) et Enric Z. (Y10B) qui ont respectivement atteint la première marche du podium dans les catégories -55 kg senior homme et -73kg junior homme. Belles performances les garçons !

Un grand merci à tous pour ce beau moment, anciens élèves, enseignants, membres du personnel et de l`équipe FISCA ainsi qu`à la troupe de Mer Calme (n.a.b.musichk) pour leur prestation.
Around 50 former FIS students reunited back at our Blue Pool Road campus yesterday for a fantastic alumni reunion. It was such a heartwarming experience to see our growing alumni community gathering as we celebrate our 60th anniversary! We couldn`t imagine celebrating this milestone without celebrating them and their lifelong connections to our school. A big thank you to all the alumni, teachers, staff and FISCA members for this great evening as well as Mer Calme (n.a.b.musichk) for the great show.

D`après l`UNESCO, "célébrer la Francophonie, c’est reconnaître le potentiel de la langue et de la culture à unir les peuples, à créer des espaces de solidarité et de compréhension mutuelle, pour réfléchir ensemble à notre avenir commun." C`est précisément dans cette optique que s`est inscrit la présentation de M. Sogodogo, l`un de nos assistants d`éducation, qui s`est terminée dans la joie et la bonne humeur avec un concert improvisé avec des instruments traditionnels.

157 élèves du CP à la 2nde ont participé à la 33ème édition des concours Kangourou (CE2 - 2nde) et Koala des mathématiques (CP - CE1) la semaine dernière. Organisé dans plus de 4500 établissements à travers 84 pays différents, ce concours international d’origine française invite chaque année ses centaines de milliers de participants à découvrir les mathématiques à travers 24 questions ludiques et amusantes. Nous espérons qu`ils se sont amusés et les félicitons d`avoir relevé le défi ! Rendez-vous fin avril pour connaître les résultats de nos mathématiciens en herbe.
Last week, 157 students from CP to 2nde took on the 33rd edition of Mathematics Kangaroo (CE2 - 2nde) and Koala (CP - CE1) Contests. Originally from France, this international competition invites hundreds of thousands of participants from more than 4,500 schools in 84 countries to solve 24 fun and entertaining maths problems. Congratulations to all of them for taking up the challenge! We hope they had fun! Stay tuned for the results of our budding mathematicians in late April!
