Health - Recommendations - Nutrition

The health assistants work together with the staff canteen. They give nutritional advice at lunchtime and follow-up care for students with eating disorders.

Food Allergy:

Known food allergy (or food intolerance) must be reported on the medical form.

If the food allergy requires a specific and medical treatment, you must provide the health assistants with a prescription together with the treatment in case of allergic reaction.

For the primary:

The health assistants have set up individual records showing food allergens which are displayed in the canteen. The canteen monitors will select the menus in the light of these records.
From CE1/P3, children will choose their own lunch so they must be aware of their food restrictions in order to choose the right food by themselves.

Reminder:
Foods containing nuts (almonds, peanuts, hazelnuts, walnuts ....) can cause severe allergic reactions and are forbidden in snacks and birthday cakes at school.
