An annual dental visit (optional) is offered by the HK Health Department to students from Kindergarten to Primary.
This is an annual check-up with advice about dental hygiene. A small fee is required : HK$20 in cash or by cheque payable to "French International School".
How to register?
Please complete the registration form together with the medical check-up form which will be handed out at the beginning of the school year (students joining the school in January will not be eligible for this service for their first year at FIS).
Please ensure to attach your payment to the forms.
An appointment will be allocated in February and the check-up will take place at the dental clinic in Hong Kong outside of school time. If the date does not suit you, you can change it by calling the number mentioned on the appointment letter.
The health assistants distribute and collect registration forms and will send the appointment dates.
We draw your attention to the fact that even if you are not interested in the check-up, you must complete and return the form stating your disagreement.
