Training : "how to make the school life more dynamic?"
 From 14th to 16th November 2011, the CVLs in Asia and their student representatives met in Hanoi to discuss how to make the school life more dynamic.
This training was hosted by Mme Ballarin and Mr Bihel. The objectives were to reflect on the school authorities and the communication principles but also how to set up a project.
Through role plays, students were able to see the reactions and expectations from people when submitting a proposal to a school council. It allowed students to become more confident, communicate better and anticipate questions. The overall feedback was very positive.
The friendly atmosphere allowed students to feel at ease and put forward their ideas to the group not only to the adults but also to their peers in Asia. They realised that students in other schools were having similar responsabilities. This training allowed them to network and develop ties of solidarity. |
