The start of the 2010 school year in FIS has ended. Over the last two days, FIS has welcomed 855 students from 6ème and F1 to U6 and Terminales on the secondary campus and more than 1200 pupils on the primary and kindergarten campuses.

The teachers and staff have been very busy making sure the start of the new term is successful and we thank them for that.

The FIS has exceeded the threshold of 2000 students. In fact, there are now 2065 students on the three campuses. Several new classes have been opened: GS, CE1 and CE2 in Primary and 6ème, 3ème and F4 in Secondary. The extension project of Blue Pool Road campus will improve the quality of the the Secondary school environment, with the creation of new classrooms and leisure spaces for students.

I do not doubt you will all enjoy a successful year ahead.
