A free and optional annual check-up is organised by the heath assistants in conjunction with the HK Health Department.
The check-up is thorough and varies according to the children's age. It aims at detecting and prevening any health problems. A health record book is issued after the medical visit for each child.
How to register?
Simply fill out the registration form which will handed out at the beginning of the school year (students joining the school in January will not be eligible for this service during their first year at FIS).
An appointment will be allocated in February and the medical examination will be held at the health center in Hong Kong outside of school time. If the date does not suit you, you can change it by calling the number mentioned on the appointment letter.
The health assistants distribute and collect the registration forms and will send the appointment dates.
We draw your attention to the fact that even if you are not interested in the check-up, you must complete and return the form by stating your disagreement.
