The school is a place of work and training for everyone to become a responsible person and citizen. The aim of the school rules is to allow members of the school community to exercise their rights and duties in the spirit of neutrality, secularism and pluralism.
The same respect is given to all members of the school community resulting in mutual respect. Respect for others through tolerance, politeness, non-violence (physical or moral). Respect for the environment and for the common & personal belongings of members of the school are imposed. All staff (and not only the students' teachers) can intervene and deal with students who contravene the rules of the school.
The school rules are intended to develop self-discipline by allowing members to take on responsibilities and enabling the institution including staff, parents and students to live in a climate of confidence and co-operation which is essential to education and work.
The admission to FIS implies as a matter of fact the acceptance of the present school rules
