The Deputy Headmaster
Under the Headmaster supervision:
- Teachers' departmental head
- Vie Scolaire manager for the French Section
- Vie Scolaire manager for the International Section, in close collaboration with the Head of the International Section
- Initiates and implements the Vie Scolaire policy
- Coordinates the CESC and CVL activities and encourages social awareness
- Ease the communication between the different members of the school community
The Head of Student Support
Under the Deputy Headmaster's supervision:
- Organises the daily activities of Vie Scolaire and supervises the monitors team
- Meets and listens to the students and follows-up
- Implements the school rules
- Takes part in educational projects and provides technical support for project related to Vie Scolaire
- Coordinates the collection, the processing and follow-up of the absence and lateness of the students
- Ease the communication toward the families and ensure the students' safety
The Health Assistants
- The nurse is attached to the administration department but works closely with Vie Scolaire
- Watch the students' hygiene and health in collaboration with the families
- Takes part in hygiene and health preventive actions, within the frame of CESC actions and theme based special days
- Advise the teaching staff and the students within her scope of activities
- Listen to the students, and lead them toward other professionals (from the school or outside) if needed. She is subject to medical confidentiality (within the limits of the student interest)
The Education Assistants
Under the responsibilty of the Head of Student Support:
- Supervise the students during breaks and lunch time
- Make sure the school rules are respected day to day and ensure the students safety
- Help the students during the permanence time
- Collect and process the students' absences and lateness
- Listen and advise the students
