The staff of the "vie scolaire" is under the Director's authority.
The Vie Scolaire supervisors
- Welcome and supervise the pupils from 8 to 8:15 am
- Receive pupils and parents all day long: lost items, information on extra curricular activities…
- Get in touch with the families in case a pupil is absent
- Manage the team of canteen monitors and the pupils during their lunch break (lunch and playtime)
- Organize and manage the extra curricular activities and the supervised study periods
- Receive and pass on the urgent phone messages from parents
- Liaise with the transport company when the pupils leave school at the end of the school day
The Canteen monitors
- Supervision and educational assistance of the pupils during the lunch break
Health assistants
- Look after hygiene and health of pupils in relation with the families and the teachers, give first aid and at the parents’ request the medical prescriptions
- Advise the educational team and the pupils within their area of competence
- Sympathetically listen to the pupils
